one time i spoke to joe about a month ago and he said they were gonna do a year membership pass for $150, but apparently they had a vota and not enough people wanted it in 37 trips it would have paid off which i know many of us would do

Just from reeling em in that size, I would wonder how the hell the trolley stayed put. Must have used a sand anchor ....one more cast wrote:I just got the nerf football out of the attic to verify size of bait...can only imagine the length of that fish

Today was slower than usual with a few scattered macs, a couple king cutoffs and a cobia lost straight up and down..maybe keeper / maybe not....but boy was that dude pissed at his pal for missing the net..lol
Plenty of gogs and ballyhoo around as well as bait sized runners. Water was moving to the S at a good clip - looked to be clearing a little as well. No wind or chop to speak of.
I will let the rest of the 'crew' I saw out there chip in when they post their reports.
I am ready for the next front.....

Today looked like yesterday with clearer water and slower fishing. A couple macs and snake kings came up, ballyhoo by the thousands literally unharassed looked like they were just taking a suntan day.
Oh well, everyone needs a day off to rest - 'specially baitfish
Weather report looks like slow fishing for a while, but ya never know !

Sorry to derail the reports thread...Beachbum wrote:you should need some sort of pass to fish on the "Tees" of piers, like set up a gate or something.....THAT WOULD BE NICE!
Some piers do only allow Trolley rigs at certain locations only, mostly on the Tee. I have seen a few pictures on the web and thought that it was a good idea.

Fished from 7am till 12pm. Hard south flowing current and very calm seas/clear water. Fished live calico crabs and a couple live gogs. Caught nothing but triggers and gogs. Thank you member deznuts for the gog bug without it I would have caught none. Not that it matterd cuz my trolly rig wouldnt work and there were so many lines on the T that I couldnt even swim one out on a balloon. I bought a ton of bugs today and will pay you back some day. Millions of goggle eyes and ballyhoo too. Saw a large manta ray and some very large stingrays school of tarpon came in as well.
