funny you mention E.coli.....we ran tests in my microbio lab on coliform bacteria in biscaybe bay waters....guess what the largest colonies that were isolated were....E.coli

That's not sewer. Its just the runoff from the street. Still covered in bacteria no less. But I totally believe that the video could be real. Ive seem a walking catfish in the street before after a bunch of heavy rains.
