not sure about the weight but they measure 22" and 24".

Got bak from Dania pier today not to bad of a day fished from 2:00-4:15

Soon as i got there noone was catching anything five minutes later guy next to pulled a 15inch spanish so i had some ballyhoo with me cut those up for strips not to long before i get hit and caught a small cero 15in in the next five minutes i see over 10 strips in the water next to mine because now evry one wants to use one lol!

Then bout 15mins later get hit pulled hook then bout another 15mins pass i catch a butterfish use him for strips cuz it stays on the hook better!

5 mins later 21inch cero over the rail. And the not to long after that caught another one bout 3 and a half pounds nice spanish and then herring started coming in so everyone started using those and i saw 2 black tip caught on trollys using them!!

saw a nice 5 pounder mack caught on a googan rig with wire and chunks of ballyhoo also saw some undersized mutts caught and triggerfish! That was bout it for the day

You can thank me later, I was at the pier chumming the water with boxes of cut bait (sardines).
I rather enjoyed the moment by feeding my open water fish tank than doing harm to a fish for once.

It says here... feeding the spot helps bring fish to the area...

saw some guy catch a short mutt measure it see that it was only 15 say " it looks 16 to me " put it in a bag and walk off the pier. Also saw 2 ladies catch a short mutton and triggerfish, i told them both times it was short and they still put it in their bucket. saw a jamacain dude catch a short mutt and go scale and gut it right away. It sucks to see stuff like that. I always tell people that a fish is short when i see it but im not going to get into a physical altercation over it and calling fwc doesnt always work because by the time they get there the poacher is gone with their fish.

Been Macks and Snapper . Saw a lot of small Bluefish yesterday morning and some *******.
Snook around, but haven't really seen anyone fishing them.

Fished this AM from 7 to 10:00. Nada, did not see anything caught other then some very small stuff. No bait around, water was clear. Wind WNW.

Not that I saw. I was close to the "T" and did not see anything come over the rail there either.

Saw 2 Kings caught yesterday. 1 at 17 lb., the other around 6 lb. Nights have been scattered Snapper and Bluefish.

Sorry for the late report

Fished from 12pm-7:00pm

The only bait available was Mojaras at the surf and ballyhoos at the chum bags. Water was clear. Big macks came over the rail. 1 10 pounder and 1 6 pounder. And a good number of lil macks. Caught 3. 2 15 inchers and 1 4 pounder on a ballyhoo strip. Ballyhoo strips seem to be effective. The guy next to me caught a 4 pounder on a ballyhoo strip.

fished today from 7am-9am winds ese 6-7, water was clear temp at 80 degrees,surf 1-2 feet.... no bait , i manage to get 2 macs (16" and 20")on a rapala and 1 blue runner and thats casting constantly for 2 hours....

one guy caught one blue runner on a squid other than that its just plain dead.....

Fished today 11-28-09, 7am till 12:30pm. Water had some color, calm. I did not see a fish caught other then some small stuff. Lizard fish, cow fish and small blue runners. I heard that they caughr some Sp Macks off the "T". When I was out there I did not see any caught. Was told that yesterday, close to hightide in the afternoon some jacks and Sp Macks came in for a bit.

Fishing Today from 12:30pm-7pm. Bait available were ballyhoos,few gogs in the morning and moderate at night. People at the tee think they own the freaking pier

. Anways there was a guy that was keeping ALOT of illegal fish. Called FWC and 3 hours later the guy already left, Thank god i was in the front when he left and told the manager. The guy is banned permantly. Back to fishing. The trollyed ballyhoos were getting hit when the ballyhoo is right at the surface. Later at night a school of herring came and so did a school of big jack crevvales. 2 were caught.

Well they don't own the pier. You pay the same as them. Fish where you want, and if anyone gives you crap and says you can't fish there, come tell me and they can go somewhere else.
