Shimano Symetre Drag felt

One of these is messed up badly and needed replacing. Can I just replace all three with a carbon drag washer, like they sell on ebay? Do I need to oil them before puting them in or something?

Yes you can and no you don't oil them. You put grease on them. And no you don't need to put grease on them.

I'll order them... wondering if it's ok to still use the reel with one of those felt drag missing... might warp the metal washer... LOL
