any big things poppin'?
Haven't been getting a darn thing out there, but atleast not seeing too many dead fish floating around. Haven't really even tried very much this year to get out because of the weather, but it looks like it is warming up...today there were mullet and snook all over the place so I take that as a good sign. Still not really anybody catching anything down on the beach, whenever I see somebody pull up a ladyfish I get excited...since the weather is warming up finally, I think the conditions will be right next week. Has anybody been hookin' up out there lately?

LOL..doesn't that make you sick, there are a lot of clowns here on the southwest coast picking up the struggling snook out of the canals that are still alive and cooking them. The good news is I haven't seen any big tarpon floating around in the canals. I've only been out to the beach a couple times just to get out, not really expecting much. Last time there were dozens of snook bunched up together, but I left those alone to recover..I guarantee they're still too shocked from the cold so it would be wrong to fish for them. Sharks are more resiliant to the cold so I have gone out a couple times for them on warmer days but it looks like they aren't ready to eat either..Next week should be better with warmer weather.FWC busted guys dip netting the floating snook at the bridges
