Little Talbot 9/28
Hit the north end of Little Talbot from 10am to 2pm with a friend. Sargassum was next to non-existent (that was quick). Used all the baits, mullet, fleas, crab, shrimp. Bite started off promising. Quickly caught a Black Drum and Two pomps (all just undersize 10"). But that was it. Just died after the change in tide from outgoing to incoming. Took a look at the weather forecast and looks like we're finally into some consistent low 80's temps during the day. What's surprising is we've gone from mid-70's during the evening to low 60's in what seems like a heartbeat. Wednsday night it'll be 59 degrees. Not complaining, cause the cooler it gets the hotter the fisihing gets in the near term, but what happened to gradual decline?
