Unless by 40 minutes, you mean it was on a bed and it took you 40 minutes to entice it to strike.

Yeah lol. It was sitting by a pipe for a few hours and it was hitting some shiners but after we ran out we threw on a orange worm and tried at it for a good 40 minutes. Finally got agitated and hit the thing.
