SLOB MUTTON!!!
fished last week down in the keys... stoppd off on the way home to wet a couple lines got 4 kepper muttons including this slob coming in just a hair under 17 pounds.

That is all of 16 lbs and possibly close to 17 in my book... EVEN when holding it out away from you, impressive! Great Job! There are still some slobs around!

Backwoods I haven't been on this board a lot but I've been fishing a long time and most of it was fresh water in north GA. ive learned that you can't tell the weight buy the pic.Dont mind them corn heads there just talking junk!!! That's a great fish

I DONT CARE HOW MUCH IT WEIGHS, IM PRETTY SURE NOT TOO MANY OF US HAVE CAUGHT ONE THAT SIZE FROM LAND PERIOD!!! I KNOW I HAVENT! LOL.....

exactly, thanks bro.. so maybe next time i shuld take a pic of its width next time too so that all the "experts"on here can see how thick it is so they can predict the weight a little better... i think my favorite comment was the one that said... " not 17 pounds maybe 17 inch"...man i guess dude must be blind, either that or he just wishes he was the one holding that fish... not trying to start issues on here but if ya got something negative to say just go to a diff thread topic.Rijkaard wrote:That's a hell of a mutton from land!
