i would advise against this as it is a felony , could cost 1500 bucks or 90 days in jail !

There are plenty of jerks on land and on the water. Most people I've found that are jerks can't fish, so if you run into one, just move somewhere else, it may pay off in spades for you. Either way, it's not worth it to get worked up over.

The man and the others in the boat told police Corley then reeled the fish back out of the boat. Maybe it was a bad cast if he reeled it back out of the boat

The report said Corley told police, “I told them I was sorry I threw the fish.”
You big dummy, I thought you casted it out and it hit him by accident.

Police said they could not find the fish.

No evidence!

in 99 me and my brother were fishing the north side of the skyway in Tampa and these boats pulled up and 3 guys started yelling at the boats that they were to close to the pier , well the guys in the boat never moved so the other guys started throwing sinkers at them and hit the boat a few times one hit a kid that was in the boat and the guy in the boat shot 3 times at the pier , cops came out to the pier and arrested the 3 on the pier that were throwing the sinkers !

fishing is supposed to be a relaxing sport , if some boat pulls up on you just find a new spot its not worth the frustration of yelling at them , just easier to move down a little and they will move on at some point ..... you never know what some are going to do !

ive had a few boats pull up on me an to be honest its bs like seriously if you have a freaking boat dont fish a landbased spot it kinda of makes haveing a boat a lil pointless
ive had the cops called on me a few times but im always told aslong as i have bait on my hook all im doing is casting its not my fault that they are driveing by or what

ok throwing sinkers is a lil not cool but seriously pulling up on a boatless spot is pretty not cool aswell

ive had somebody call the cops on me for shineing a freaking flashlight now honestly how stupid is that

i agree with ya , i see it like this they go to where they know there's fish because they have a boat and don't know how to use it or find fish there self . it just like when i lived in fort pierce there a buoy thats 1/4 mile off shore and sardine say around it year round but the only way your going to catch them is with a sabiki and then you have some yo-yo come right in the middle of them and keeps trying to throw a net over them and runs the bait off , we finally got our bait and pulled up net to them and tossed a sabiki rig in there boat and drove off ... but you never know what your going to come across on land or on the water ..

Its not your fault if you accidentally happen to be dumping a bunch of rotten bait and chum off the bridge, and they happen to drive under the bridge at the same time...
