Doing a little better with the stable weather. Fished the very end of 7 mile bridge from 7-10pm or so right around the high current switch. Caught one nice 15" mangrove, 3 large grunts and one huge nurse shark. Lost a few hits that were definitely snappers, they were hitting my 7/0 hook on the bottom with 90lb wire and dead cut ballyhoo! No wonder I only got the one wasn't really fishing for snapper on those rods but they went for it.. Going to try again maybe tomorrow night unless the cold front hits.

Thats a good spot, I've caught lots of nice mangroves there.

One nice hogfish today, only fished for half an hour while touring Bahia Honda park, caught in the middle of the day, strong current, all the wrong stuff, I couldn't believe it. Measured 15 1/2". Going to taste great in about an hour.

If the water is not too rough I would take the boat out to the hump or wrecks. This front should not be too cold to effect the deep water fishing. Beside you got Kings and Sails to mess with.

Cold front hits,.. then come the weeds, green milky water, and then the invasion of 14 inch Red Grouper. The poachers must love cold fronts down there.

Well, I guess that storm just passed, we had high winds, tons of rain and a lot of sparks in the sky. We did manage to fish for an hour or so in clear skies but the water is all milky and there was nothing biting. Saw a few large spotted eagle rays swim by, thats' about it. I wonder how long till the fishing comes back.

It is on the section of bridge that has been closed to fishing for about 20+ years.

What did you do, ask your boyfriend to help you pulled those words out of his libery. People like you have no reason to be breathing. I would enjoy very much to meet you on a bridge one day, to see if you can say in person what you write in this forum. That way I can use my yoyo around your neck. But I know you don't have a pair.
