New to area

Hi everyone, I am new to Florida having moved here from Massachusetts 2 months ago. I am a Paramedic and have worked also in the firearms industry for 35 years. I am also a diehard fisherman. I had to sell my boat before moving and have limited experience fishing from the shore, and to be quite frank, very little success. I am temporarily living in the Stuart area and have tried the local parks-Sandsprit, Cove road, Stuart and Jensen causeways. My results are zip. I have used live shrimp and lures, nothing yet. I am trying to get used to local species and fishing techniques.
