Not So New

Post by JonathanT305 »

My old account got deleted, and I never introduced myself on that one, so I guess I'll do it now.

My name is Jonathan like it says in my username, I'm only 16, and well, fishing is all I do. I live in Miramar but for the most part I fish at my grandparent's apartment on Hallandale Beach for snook, jacks, ladyfish, and I "attempt" to catch tarpon  . I love the keys and all the fish they have to offer. With the help of this site, I've caught mangroves, cudas, reef fish etc. I do plenty of freshwater fishing too and catch peacocks, LMB, carp, etc.

Don't have many "secret spots" to give, but the few I know I'm glad to share. I try my best to give as much advice as I know, but I still have a lot to learn.

I don't really get too involved in the community, but all of you who have given information to me as I started out were great. Maybe I'll see some of you guys on the piers down here soon. This is a great forum and you guys are all great people. Thanks for everything, looking forward to a great summer for everyone this year. :reeling: :toast:

I've been reading your posts for a while so I don't know how new is new but if fishing is your passion consider getting more involved in the "community". We don't age discriminate (lol they took me) and you might end up finding a fishing "big brother" to hang around with. Or a whole bunch of big brothers. Read the threads for your local piers, find a BF forum personality of interest to you in your area, shoot them a PM and meet them the next time they are fishing. That's how it starts and you never know where it goes from there. Great bunch of guys and I've never met a forum member I didn't like. Except GK
Those old queen slave owners that wrote our Constitution 200 years ago were brilliant.

"Every four years Americans get the President they deserve".
