Hi my name is Pati and me and my family are going down to Ft. Lauderdale area looking for some good places to fish

If you like drift boats try the sea legs right there in town. There is John LLoyd park in dania just south of you, that you can surf fish or go up tho the jetties. Or you can try the pier at the east end of commercial blvd in Ft Laud.If you go there you will have plenty of places to eat at right on the beach. There will probably be more people out then you think.

if you can get to some mangroves throw a live shrimp under one on a jig head. prob get a snook or some grovers
