Hello everyone,

I am new to South Florida and I want to get back into fishing. I spent countless hours fishing many years ago all along the Jersey Shore, but anything I once knew is long gone. I'm preparing to purchase my gear and hit a pier sooner than later. I look forward to having fun and getting back into fishing.

Welcome aboard. I fished the Jersey shore for thirty years. It's a different world down here. You're gonna have some serious fun.

I live in Miramar at the moment. I'll probably spend most of my time in Broward, but you just never know. From what I can tell, this will be a totally different adventure than previous fishing experiences.

Bunch of us hang around the Dania pier. And Anglins is ours too. too. Both great places in Broward to start finding your way around here. Invest some time hanging around on the planks to improve your learning curve.
