Got a great opportunity to fish lousiana so decided to do some marsh fishing, mu buddy linked me up with a guide named jeremy chavez. We went out conditions were not good heavy cloud cover and blowing 10 to 15 the entire time but still connected on two studs on fly first ever for me was 40 inch 27lbs and second was 43 inchs 25lbs both weighed on a boca grip

Yep... that is AWESOME! Definitely on my list.... Go down to the Big Easy if you get a chance... Lots of tail there too
Bad ass bro, its not very easy to fool them big boys on the fly, I want to catch them on nothing BUT flies lately.

THIS! Its incredible how quickly we forget the Horizon spill... What is definitely cool is to see how quickly nature mops up our messes and begins flourishing once more. I wonder how the shrimp are coming along in the Bayous.Rare wrote:Nice work on them fatty reds.....Good to see they are looking very health out there....
