Where are the cobia?

Post by cigar »

Not much to report as far as pier cobia fishing in the Panhandle. This has been the worst year for cobia fishing I have ever seen. Boats are seeing few cobes too. Were hoping the main body just hasn't gotten here yet but with 75 degree water that aint likely. Pompano are doing good at times. Spanish are everywhere, good sized too. King mackerel are starting to show up, Okaloosa Island Pier got several up to 31lbs.
