fort myers feb 23-24

fished the surf and pier along estero saturday and sunday. plenty of slimy catfish everywhere. there were tons pilchards everywhere...was nice to put the sabikis to good use.

caught several trout slightly under and slightly over the size limit, but threw everything back for them to be caught another day when bigger. was cut off a few times...guessing some decent sized macks. oh well...shouldve used wire. also caugt at least 6 medium sized ladyfish. good times, but didnt have anything to take home for dinner.
