I, and I am sure a lot of other people wish it were that easy...

I know one thing, if I had the money, I would snatch it up in a heartbeat, get rid of the restaurant and fix it up and bring tommy back!

As of October the court thing was settled. Spiro has full control. I recently asked the LBTS chamber of commerce if they knew anything about the pier being repaired and the answer was no.

spiro is a cheap scum bag POS low life.

I was down there last month and asked Spiro about it. His answer was "soon".

Click on Meetings
Enter keyword PIER...
and watch / listen to Spiro's cow poop about the repair (from a meeting on 9/12/19).

I was at the pier a few weeks ago and they were redoing all the pilings at the T so at least something is happening.

not a single foot of pier has been opened since damage occurred 2.25 years ago. The city should take the pier using eminent domain.

Anyone would be better at running that Pier then who's running it.
