Not enough rain to make a difference... here right near the C11 structures it raind for maybe half an hour, I'm surprised we're not hearing the drought words.

.. the canals are so low its rediculous.. will take a coupe weeks into rainy season before the gates will flow good.

you can monitor the SFWMD web site to see if any of the spillways are open. But, like krash said the water level in the canals is too low for them to release water.

If ones open, they'll chew. Check SFWMD website as already stated. Looking forward to spillway fishing too!

Click the area you are interested in on the map, then a list of gates will come up with lots of info for each. The 'state' will show gates open or closed.

Use the search option, that what, how, when, where has been discussed several times on this site and others... but if you don't keep up with it the interface and use seems to change without warning...
