Heading off to dania pier for the weekend.

Hey there I'm planning a little trip to go fish the pier in Dania, I'm planning on taking some live shrimp and sandfleas aswell as taking my cast net and sabiki just to be on the safe side,im planning to head out late at night and was wondering if anyone had any advice or wisdom you'd be willing to share with a newbie at said pier, like any rules or what fish usually likes hanging around the area and maybe what's been biting lately? Any help is greatly appreciated,thanks in advance
