anyone els notice all the freash water being dumped in the icw affecting the fish i walked the beach the other day and the water was brown like it was brackish water

Yep it is everywhere and nasty. The spillway near me is still pumping out water from Isaac at full blast.

I have been, there is a nasty scum all over the water, have pulled a few small snook out of there but nothing of size.

Yes its been like that for weeks its so bad at the hillsboro Icw you cant even catch grunts its a total dead zone.
