C'mon Rare, you know that doesn't hold water. Ignorance of the law is not an excuse. It's far to easy to learn the regulations, hell they're posted in 97 different languages.

Just two days ago I had a guy stick a gaff in a 37" snook. His excuse "I didn't know it was closed or there was a slot." He does now.

I'm all fine with someone wanting to leave their shithole and come here, but don't turn this place into a shithole in the process.

Seriously Rare? If I decided I was on the side of the argument that supports size limits I could have the problem resolved and eliminated for short money within 6 months. I just don't think I support that particular requirement because it has nothing to do with the problem. But I could if I wanted as could most of us. Just easier to piss and moan.
