Need help catching gags

I fish ch.5 every week but i never seem to catch limit gags.
anyone can help me lmk where and how to catch these big fish

I am no grouper expert but the ones I do catch down there off the bridges always come off a small live pinfish near the pilings, give it a shot try different stuff and see what they are zoning in on that day.

went down last week and experimented a bit to catch some gags and i was trying to use some small grunts and threw the fish down in between the two pilings in front of you and bam! caughta 25 in gag was using 8lb test and a 3/0 circle hook hooking it throught the mouth and a 1oz egg sinker.U can adjust it every now and then according to the currents but definitely put the line up to 15lbs at least because i lost like 5 more fish.

I've caught a few keeper blacks off the keys bridges. It's always been with a Live Pinfish on the Bottom or a jumbo live shrimp on a 3/8 jig.
