Making a Dry Tortugas help/tips/faq sticky???

over the course of the years on this forum ive been all through our archives etc but as it isnt the easiest to search for things in here. The thought crossed my mindthat maybe we could consolidate all tips an helpful hints regarding tortugas on any of the boats that go out regarding muttons and black grouper in one thread that is stickied thus eliminating the hassle or the repeated threads about what to do down there or what to buy or what to use. ANYONE AGREE?
