looking for a nice place to fish in pasco county,fla

i been fishing my hole life in tampa ,fla i just moved here a couple mounths ago i just introduce my girlfriend into saltwater fishing i have her hook sence she caught a nice 26 in red at gandy but i wanna know some places around here besides anclote pier an what would be some nice baits to use in those areas an i have a john boat so if anyone has any tips plzz lets me know ty
