surf casting comb help

I have 2 quantiums w/ 8 foot rods and a shamino 3500 baitrunner I'm looking to get another shamino combo could you reccomend some thing for me?

I've been doing quite a bit of research here lately on surf rods and stuff, talking to surf fishermen and tackle shops. From what I can gather overall the best deal out there at the moment is a combo from bass pro shops. They are saying a Daiwa Emcast which has excellent line capacity for the surf along with a Ocean Master 12' Lite. It's a 3-6oz rated rod. Everyone who has one says' it's an excellent combo.
