The last couple weekends the jacks have been moving thru. Fish plenitful in the 10-15 lb range with some 20 lbers mixed in. They are a blast to catch. Hitting suspended baits as well as topwater(spooks and mirror lure topdogs). Snook fishing has been hot with catches ranging from 15-25 a day in the river.... Do ya think they know when the season goes out? Few trout being caught. The ones that I am landing are well into the keeper range and several being over 20 inches. Mix in a red here and there and you have a perfect day. Going again this weekend. Good luck everyone hope you get to hear your drag screaming.

Man, too bad I'm leaving. I would love to hook into some big jacks.
