New to this area

Boatless Fishing Reports for the three Countys including these areas Sebastian Inlet, Melbourne Beach, Indian Shores, Wabasso Beach, Fort Pierce, Port St lucie, .Daytona Beach, Daytona Beach Shores, New Smyrna Beach, Ormond Beach, Pierson, Ponce Inlet, Port Orange, South Daytona.

New to this area

Hello guys, like it said never fished this area before.
Last year was my first year surf fishing and done ok.
I will be comeing in on 192 into Melbourne any tips on whare to start?
Plan on being in area for 2 months so will be able to explore.
Have never been on pier or jetty but plan on it.
Just looking for a starting point so i dont come in blind.

humm must not be any fish in this area?? Would just like a beach you dont have to worry about life gards running you out.

Go to Sebastian Inlet. It's not very friendly but it's a good place to start. Do not bring a fishing rod with you... Walk around and see how the regular fish there. You can ask question much more easy without holding a fishing rod.

Yes planing on going there,but will be through the week maybe wont be as crowded.
I have checked out past post but not alot on beach fishing,mostley the inlet so i guess thats the hot fishing area.

Beach fishing there is really nice only when...
1) Pompano is running.
2) mullet is running.

Pompano should already be running if not this weekend, hopefully. It hasn't been cold enough.

Well i should be there tuesday, so should hit it just right.
Pomps were my fav. but i liked the whiteing to.
