I will be working around Melbourne Mon-Wed. Staying around Melbourne airport...
Where do you recommend to fish besides Jetty Park or Sebastian Inlet ?

If you got gear for the surf, I would recommend any beach between Melbourne Beach and Sebastian.

I don't know about fishing the surf right now...with the storm that just pass, I say it's going to be dirty and weed city out there..

Very possible. Didnt pay attentiom to the days youll be there. Should calm back down by the end of the week but youll be gone. Check it out since youre there anyway. Not too sure of any good spots to access the river, but take a look at your satellite view in google maps.

I went to Sebastian Inlet...and was rigtht decision... lots of big reds, big snooks, big jacks, big macks...
At any given moment, there was at least one guy working on the bridge net.
I knew life is not fair... but it is really not fair this amazing fishing pier is 2 1/2 hour away...

I heard fishing there is great. I need to fish there one day....

Was there last weekend. Tarpon, mackeral, blues, trout, redfish, Sharks all in the surf eating finger mullet. Steady pods coming through all day long.
