Ft Pierce inlet

I just picked up an outfit to fish the inlet. 7ft ugly stik tiger, okuma cedros baitrunner, 50lb braid. What weight is recommended? Can I use bank sinkers on slides or are egg sinkers better? What size hooks to use live mullet? Circle or J ? Thanks for the help.
