trout are veracious eaters , last night while fishing i caught a small grunt and put it out on a big down rod with 100 lb braid 8 oz egg sinker and a 4/O hook , sat out there all night till we got ready to leave and then we start hearing the clicker go off , i let it take some more line from free spool and then set the reel to strike and set the hook and and had a tug back and then thought it got away , after reeling it in see that theres a nice trout on the end of it

nice catch. I once catch a fat ladyfish with a big pinfish... I thought I caught a snook at that moment... :-p
