Jensen beach 01/04/2013
went out for a while today around Jensen beach and had a wonderful day caught a lot of short mangos and then after sunset the black drum came rolling though a lot were just short of 14 " but me and dad did manage 2 beasts , mine was 27.5 " and 15 lbs , dads was 26" and 13 lbs

plan on going back tonight and see what happens , but we will be on the pier and bringing the pier net with us

last night was bad , waves coming on the cat walk and the wind was blowing its butt off 4 oz couldn't stay on bottom

From my experiences fishing that area conditions like that are flair hawks for snook weather. Some of the best snook fishing I've had was that area those conditions
Dreaming the dream that one day I can be as good as some of the boatless pros and catch some 12 inch mangrove snapper.
