High tide was around 8:00 AM and Low was around 2:09 PM.
I hit the beach as the High tide was going out, from about 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM. I fished my two rods with Pomp rigs, one with a sandflea on the top hook and clam on the bottom, and the other with both clams.
I caught about 3 Pomps (my first ones
). Onewas undersize, and the other two went about 13" and 14.5". I also caught a 16" Whiting and a small croaker. All hit the salted clames, but it was the rod with the sandflea on the top hook. There was a really hot period from 11:30 to 12:30 hat I had a lot of hits and many misses. However, I'm having trouble getting my bait out there. I'm limited in casting range

Man, I never expected the pomps to fight this hard. I might hae to use some cut bait to have fun with the blues. Can't wait to be back out tommorow during the same conditions. Tommorow, High tide is around 8:40 AM and low is at 2:40 PM. I'll be out around 9:30 AM.
Again, I should just be out behind my resort (Royal Floridian) at Granada and S. Atlantic Ave. If you see an Indian kid fishing, that's me. Stop by and talk, its nice to meet new people.
Still looking for other places to hit. Might try the ICW/Halifax River and Ponce Inlet.
