these guys have found a loop hole it seems in the law for state waters and have been pounding these sharks now for about two months, if in Fed waters it would be a violation beacause you cant use Bouy...

left the house about 1:30 with a frozen 20lb bat ray 15in. mack and 3fresh snapper carcasses. Headed out to anna maria island with my mom girlfriend and her little brother looking for some shark...

hit the beach with the family today and left the big gear at home or at least the middle size gear....decide to use some light tackle and battle some fish..so i rigged up my 8ft 15-30lb stellar light...

Shark fisherman have been fighting for there rights as long as i can remember we've been a target for the community leaders,tourist and fishing pier owners who don't want to acknowledge the presence...

It's pretty well dead . The people of Pelican Bay were vocal enough to scare the commission ( $$$$$$$ ) They basically did not want the Riff Raff associated with a fishing pier . However , one mile up...
