Yes, they can..Great folks there & know their stuff. Few here take their top of the line reels for service. Might even be able to sit & wait for it as they take care of it on the spot if not busy.

Like rory mentioned, I also do the mix of ice and salt water to completely cover the fish.

You will notice when you filet the fish they are so much more firm and easy to clean.
